Log into your All8bit account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
